Because her build is very slim, she easily gets her elbow in front of the body plane. In general, someone with an average body type might have more difficulty doing this, so don't be discouraged if you find it difficult to duplicate.

Her rotation stage is used to bring her hitting shoulder forward by rotating her left shoulder backward. In doing this, she must turn her head or eyes to her right to look at the ball.
