Precision movement requires highly precise control of one's body when running to a ball. In the videos below, the players have had to move at high speed to, plant there feet and arrest there entire motion with sufficient precision to make a clean and powerful strike on the ball. The vertical line in the center is a reference point to measure how precise the body is controlled. As you can see by clicking on the videos, their body control is remarkable.
